good week

Avery got nice and warm with Jordan after her bath. She's very good at holding her head up! She's getting some nice arm rolls too!
Carter was so helpful with Avery's bath...ha ha. You can see his devilish grin and the water drops flying!
She really likes her bath so far. She gets very calm as soon as she feels that nice warm water.

Carter was excited to help. He pulled up his sleeves and got to work.
It's been sort of decent out lately. Carter even busted out his police car from the back porch. Can you tell he's saying "Cheese"?
Carter had such a fun night with Jordan, Abbey, and Chelbie. They rolled the big exercise ball back and forth and laughed and laughed!

Carter was chasing me around with his Daddy's badge. He apparently thought I was a "bad guy"!
Avery looks gorgeous in her onesie. It really shows off her thighs!
She tried her first bottle the other night. She was not too thrilled about it. I think she's looking at me like "What the hell is this?".

Erica got a picture of Landon trying to sit on the picnic table from our old dollhouse. He is such a goof!
I just like this big eyed look. She's very aware of all her surroundings. She's brilliant, of course.
I love this picture. She's starting to smile...I think it's almost on purpose. Some of it is gas I'm sure!
This is one of Carter's more fashionable outfits...a Nemo Little Swimmer on his head, a nice Nike shirt, his diaper, and his boots. He's a handsome fella.

Abbey is very good at getting Avery to sleep. She bounces her on the big exercise ball - it always worked with Landon.

Do you think this boy likes Spaghetti-O's? He loves them!
Carter found his sister's belly button. He was quite happy when her umbilical cord fell off - he wasn't sure what that was.

We took a fun little trip to Silver Bow the other night. I'm not sure how, but Landon and Carter ended up with two balloons each for the ride home.
Avery looks thrilled too! She slept in her carseat until it was time to go home. She really likes noisy places.
Jordan helped Erica and I out by following the boys all over the game room. She's their buddy for sure.

This is a cute picture of Carter and his Dad all snuggled up on the floor. Sometimes it bothers me how nice their eyelashes are - I get jealous.

Two pictures of Kyle in a row! Avery loves to sleep on her Daddy's lap.
Carter and Uncle Kyle were having a lot of fun with this pink innertube. He's a fun uncle! Carter obviously just had a gumball.
Carter wanted to run around in his diaper and shoes. Who am I to deny him such fun? I know Aunt Diane loves these physique pictures!

Sick babies

Here's a little video of Carter talking about himself. He really likes that his middle name is Robert. It's pretty cute.

I had some little sickos this week. Carter had a sinus infection, which turned into RSV for poor little Avery. She was in the hospital for a couple nights, but she's doing well now. What can you do?

Dad found our old dollhouse upstairs - he thought Carter and Landon would have a good time with it. Carter likes to move the Mommy's legs into sitting position.
Just a rare picture of Avery sleeping without someone holding her! She still has the little stickies on her cheeks because she's using oxygen at night as a precaution.
Uncle Kyle helped Carter put Dad's neck massager on his head. He thinks it's funny that it vibrates!

Carter was very helpful to Poppa this weekend. He handed him the tape measure to set up the spare bed in my old room.
Landon helped Poppa make some delicious pancakes for Sunday morning breakfast. Yummy!
I love when Landon puts his hands in his pockets. He looks so funny.
Avery looks beautiful in purple. She's gaining some weight and getting taller. I don't think she'll be in newborn clothes much longer.

Carter really loves "tatos and graby". He ate a whole container of mashed potatoes from KFC after daycare on Friday. You would never know it by looking at him!

This outfit from Callie is so cute. Underneath the frog it says "little princess". So true!
She's got some big blue eyes right now and of course, a beautiful face.
Carter is very helpful about turning on the waterfall to entertain his sister. He's been a good big brother so far. Knock on wood!
My little sleeping kids - so rare that they are sleeping at the same time!
I love this sweater from Aunt Terri. She looked gorgeous in it!

This is such a cute picture. Jordan doesn't normally wear this much eye makeup - she just got done with a dress rehearsal for dance. She looks so grown up!
Avery met Aunt Helen this week. Helen brought her some very cute stuff. Avery is a very spoiled girl so far!

A fun week

This is a nice shot of Avery's blue eyes. They are very dark and big. I may be biased, but I think she's beautiful!
Callie and Paul came in on Saturday to visit. Carter and Avery got some very cute stuff, so thanks again Callie!
I actually let Jordan take a picture of me and my kids. Carter's little naked, folded up form makes me laugh.
Carter and Landon both really like Avery's new bouncer. Carter unfortunately rocks her not-so-gently in there! He looks a bit delivish here.
Avery's had her first bath this week. She was quite content in there. She didn't like the lotion so much after however!
It's so much easier to hide private parts on a girl!
This picture makes me laugh. I think she's looking at me like "Not another picture".
This picture kills me. Erica said she was trying to look like him. She's was a little bit off with her smile!
Dad was pretending to be asleep. Is there anything better to wake you up than two cute little guys?
They would not smile for me. They were enjoying some delicious popcorn together though. I love when they are getting along.
Carter wanted to take the camera from me. He has learned to turn on my camera and take pictures, much to my displeasure. I deleted about 50 of them this week.
This is such a peaceful face. She was really out here! She enjoys sleeping on her side.
Carter insisted on taking the racquetball racket in the bathtub one night. He's a wacko. He's so damn cute though.
She loves when her legs are free. She actually likes to spread out like a starfish most of the time. She not a swaddle kind of baby.
Here's Carter enjoying a delicious bag of chips. Such a healthy snack for our growing boy!
Carter had a nice little blood blister the other day, so he got his first band-aid. He liked it actually. He kept showing everyone Scooby-Doo.

July - August 2019

My friend Michelle was in town from Las Vegas. Her brother and sister-in-law always have a fun barbecue for everyone here in town. Dana, Jas...
