Late, but Large Post

Sorry, everyone. It has been a hectic week with volleyball camp. Our internet was down at work too, and we wouldn't want me doing the blog entirely on my own time! Anyway, here is Landon at the hospital on Sunday. Erica, Abb, Jord, Landon, and Avery (Carter went to the dump with Dad and Kyle) made a trip up there to see the new playground. They said it was really nice. Here's Landon pretending to work at Terri's desk. Very professional.
The old playground was made out of wood and metal...not the safest thing for kids. This is definitely an improvement!
There's my girl doing what she does best...making a mess. I love the dirt reflected back on her head!
Avery really wants to be just like Landon. Here they are showing off their balloons from Josh's party together. They are so funny.
We went to Josh's 4th Birthday over in Bozeman on Saturday. I can't believe he's 4! We had a lot of fun on our little trip. After the fun party, we went over to the dinosaur park. That is honestly one of the coolest places. The kids played for about two hours there. This is Lando's dinosaur face.
My boy in the big tire. He's so cute. I didn't get many pictures of him and Landon because all they did was run!
My Avers had the best time. There is a section just for babies, and she loved it. You can tell from the sky it wasn't sunny, but it was pleasant. I'm actually glad it wasn't perfect or a million kids would have been there!
There she is digging for dinosaur bones. She was by far the dirtiest out of the three kids. She had sand everywhere!
She started off crawling through the tunnels until she realized she was small enough to walk through. She kept peeking around and saying, "I see you"!
The kids had a good time playing in Kathi and Mike's yard too. Carter loved this Diego jeep. Luke was trying to help push him - he's a cutie!
Avery didn't stop for one second that entire day unless it was to eat! She did a great job mowing the lawn.
There's the birthday boy with one of his many dinosaur presents. He was very polite and loved everything! It was a fun party!
Avery found an Iron Man light just like Carter's in Josh and Luke's playroom. She, of course, had to wear it!
Abbey and Jordan came down with us for the party. They both looked very nice and were big helps as usual. Abbey did a great job putting Ave's hair in pigtails.
Avery and Jordan shared a piece of IronMan cake. As you can see, Ave was not taking her eyes off of it!
Luke is a very good baby. He's got the biggest brown eyes - I love them.
I bought Carter and Landon some paint books the other day at Hastings. They loved them. In fact, Erica bought more paint for them at KMart the other day. Carter picked CARS.
Lando found a Nemo book. They both did a fine job painting. Not too messy and very colorful!
Erica is going to put Landon in tumbling next year at Abb and Jord's dance school. I think he'll be awesome. He's always bouncing and flipping around...plus he can almost do a bridge!
Avery has always been very nice about sharing her cheesesticks with Laney. Just one of the reasons Lane loves her so much!
Avery has been a coloring fool lately. She loves it! Sometimes it's tiring though - just gotta take a small break.
I love when I pick her up from daycare. I never know what her hair is going to look like. She had excellent curls in her pigtails the other day!
This is Carter's usual bed time look. He's flying if you can't tell!
Avery makes the best faces. She's just the most animated baby - you always know what she's thinking! I'm pretty sure she was deciding to splash me again here!
Avery is quite the dancer. Abbey and Jordan already taught her "the needle". She does this all the time now!
Avery also really likes to play with Abbey's hair now. Abbey has so much hair, she can play for a long time!
Carter's hair got very wet at daycare the other day, and Erica put it in an awesome mohawk. It fell a bit by the time I picked him up, but it was still pretty cool. He loves to stand in this tree at Poppa's house!
Avery had a ponytail on the very top of her head. She looked like Cindy-Lou Who! She and Landon had a good time drawing, and of course, Ave had "lellow". They're pals now.
They just love being outside. Unfortunately, it's been a rainy week around here. Hope you enjoyed the big bunch of pictures finally!

Scary day

We had a very scary Sunday night. Avery woke up from a nap, had a scrambled egg, and was coloring just as happy as can be when she suddenly starting shivering. I picked her up and was rubbing her back when Terri noticed her hands were turning purple. We put her in the carseat and got up to the ER as fast as we could. Her color was better by the time we got there, but she had a high fever,104 degrees. She apparently had an ear infection that we did not know about, and her body just starting shivering to fight it off. She's never had any ear problems before, and she didn't have trouble sleeping at all! I do not feel like mother of the year right now. She's doing well though and has been hilarious. She chased Carter down the hall with swords Sunday night when we came home! She stayed up and played with us last night for a long time. She kept making Daddy lay down on his pillows!
Carter fell asleep at 9 which happens about once a year, so Ave got to play with us all night. She was being so silly. We read books, she sang wheels on the bus, and she went back and forth between us squeezing our cheeks. We just love our baby girl so much!
Landon came over yesterday for awhile. He borrowed Carter's Iron Man Arc Light and one of his many swords (it's in the back of his shirt). He also had a popsicle and a bag of goldfish. He's got the life!
We took a walk to Poppa's on Saturday because it was so nice out. There was a nice kitty on A Street that really wanted to be pet. Carter told me it looks like a little lion!
Carter spent the night at Abb and Jord's Friday night. He just really wanted to go, and they said he was a good boy. Apparently he likes this helmet of Jordan's too. He asked if we could stop by on our walk so he could wear it. Looking good!
This was the night we got home from the ER. We put her in some light pajamas, and she just played and played. She loves Carter's little dinosaurs. She loves anything that is in Carter's room!
We went to the Jumparoo place on Saturday. It was lots of fun and much less crowded than last time we went. Landon had been asking Erica all week if they could go out there. Carter and Landon were not nervous at all this time, and Carter really enjoyed going upside down on the slides!
Time for Landoman to come down! The poor thing's shirt kept sticking when he went down on his belly. He looked like he was army crawling!
I love Carter's face in this one! They were so funny out there!
Jordan got in the bouncy house with them and made them fall down. They thought it was hilarious! Carterman went down pretty good here!
She got them again. I wish it wouldn't have cut out Landon's face, but it's still really cute!
Abb helped Ave do some jumping too. Lando's face in this one kills me. We'll have to do that again soon. It's a little break from swimming every Saturday.
As usual, I cut off Abb's head in this one. I got a really great one of her coming up next though. Carter's face was too cute in this!
Abb and all the babies! So so cute!
Thank goodness Abb and Jord were there. Avery thinks she's big enough to do everything the boys do, but she needs a little help. I like her little arms hanging out!
This was the first picture I got of Lando out there. It's kind of blurry, but it's an action shot! He looks like he's having a great time!
My cute kids are starting to really enjoy popsicles. We found some real fruit ones that they love!
I know you can't really tell, but these two goofballs are on one of the treadmills up at Butte High. We put it on it's lowest setting, and they would go down it like a conveyer belt. They have a great time up there!
Ave was trying to carry around a jump rope like Jordan and Abbey. This is such a cute face! I swear her hair is getting lighter too!

Yay! It works!

Erica's internet worked today. Yay! Here is Avery helping my Dad re-seed one side of his front yard. The two boys didn't feel like going outside that day, and Ave was outside all day!
Dad took Avers for a bike ride around the block on Sunday night. It was a little damp but finally not raining! I like the rain, and it's making everything nice and green. It's not very good for getting the kids outside to waste some energy though.
Carter got to ride his bike all over too. That always makes him happy. He always goes the opposite way of everybody else so he can crash into Landon!
You never know what might come after you before bed. Carter likes to be prepared!
He lost his Iron Man Rocket behind the TV and we were all looking for it. He decided to borrow Grandma's glasses. He thought they would help...and they did! He found it right after...what a clown!
We made a little trip to McDonald's last week, just me and my babies. It went very well though. They were good kids and ate lots of food. Ave loves to dip her chicken nuggets!
I set up a pretty sweet track for Carter to run his trains on last week. He was very serious at first. Every once in awhile he's in the mood for Thomas and Friends.
Then he wasn't so serious anymore! He's such a goofball it makes me laugh.
I like these crazy pictures of them together. Ave just loves her big brother. Can't you see the worship in that face?
She has been doing big wrinkly nose grins lately! They kill me. I think every kid goes through this crazy smile phase.
Ave wore this cute outfit that used to be Abbey and Jordan's when they were little. My mom bought it for baby Abbey so she had some purple for my Butte High Games. It's just as cute as ever!
I'm not really a Weber State fan, but an old volleyball player for me plays basketball there now. She is so nice and just loves seeing Carter. She (Joey O'Neill) bought this for him when he was just a baby. 3T was the smallest size they had, and he finally fits in it.
Dad had all his track distance runners over for dinner last week. He and Carter made some delicious spaghetti sauce together. Dad's wearing one of my favorite shirts that I got him. It has a "yearbook" picture of Robert E. Lee and it says, "Most Likely to Secede". Ha Ha!
My Boo Boo has her first set of pigtails! I can't believe she has enough hair. One of the girls at daycare is really good at fixing hair, and Erica asked if she could get Avery's hair in some pigtails. She did an awesome job! Ave kept touching them and saying "Pretty".
The side view - so cute! It makes me feel like she's getting so big! Her little curls are perfect for pigtails. There is still no hair in the front though!
Another one of those candid pictures of the babies. They love a good bath!
Carterman used his Spiderman kickboard and soaked his Dad! Luckily Daddy had to admit it was a good one! They are both laughing so hard!

Problems

Sorry everyone. I've been trying to put up pictures for three days now. Erica's computer is not cooperating with me. I'm going to try to load Kodak on Mom and Dad's computer tonight. Hopefully I'll get them up soon!
