Thanksgiving and almost Christmas!

Emerson had dental screening at school one day. Our favorite dentist, Dr. Field, came this time. He and Teague are buddies!
My Mom set up a paint party fundraiser with the travel club to support my cousin John up in Kalispell. He is battling cancer right now. All six sisters were there, and we had a lot of fun!
My fall pumpkins are a bit oblong, but I will hang it on my wall proudly around Thanksgiving.
The Googles has been enjoying some traveling basketball. She's really learned a lot!
Their little team is the cutest! Back row: Allie, Santana, Ellie, and Autumn   Middle: Reese, Ashlyn, Ave, and Korin   Kendalyn is sprawled in front.
Getting some instruction from their coach, Derek Clary
Our North Dakotans are here! Landon looked quite handsome in his red pullover. What big, beautiful smiles these two have.
Erica and I had to make the turkey this year. Mom was not feeling well. We were pretty proud of our result, and the turkey looked happy too! We wanted to see if the drumsticks would tear off easily, and it stayed like that. I think it's doing the can can.
Our two big boys. I hate the idea of them being in 7th grade next year.
Auntie Erica cuddling with a very dapper little Cooper. It's so nice having a baby around!
Sisters! Abb and Jord are just cute.
Happy baby! Cooper is so much fun. I swear he's always smiling when he's awake.
We got Hawkins a Lego Jr set for his Birthday. It's from Incredible 2. He and Grandma had a lot of fun playing with it.
We had a little joint Butte birthday party for Hawkins and Landon while they were here. All the kids had a wonderful time at Silver Bow, including these two goofballs.
Brothers playing some basketball.
Ave and Teague having some fun.
Hawkins is just silly. His little facial expressions make me laugh.
I should find a picture of Kels on this same train. It's been there for a long time!
Landon's cousin Elijah is also in 6th grade. All these boys are getting too big too fast.
Grandma wanted some help decorating the tree while all the cousins were here. These three were ready to hang up their letters.
Everyone was helping. I tried to get a picture of everybody.
Nice work Erica
Linky Lou didn't feel very well. I think he had bronchitis when he went to the Doctor back in Watford City. He pitched in though.
All the helpers making the tree so pretty.
I love this picture! Look at those angelic little faces.
Papa and his buddies
Awww...this is cute picture of Mom and Erica
So is this. Decorating is serious work.
It was nice to have Joe here. He always makes me laugh!
I don't know who took this, but it does show my neat lines of stockings. I'm kind of OCD about this.
6 crazy grandkids!
They are a pretty cute bunch. I love Link's smile here!
Avers and baby Cooper. He loves everyone.
Skinny little Googles getting and giving some morning loves.
More puppy love! Teague had a stomach bug and had to stay home one day. He put on his PJs and got some snuggles.
Our silly elf Emily wrapped up her dog and reindeer one night.
More basketball pictures. They are so cute that I can't help myself.
Ave played in Anaconda one weekend. We had lunch at a little diner and then went across the street to see some cute lambs they had outside. They were so soft!
Ave and Will had some nice morning hair!
Hall of Fame time. Teachers quiz or pick some 4th, 5th, and 6th graders to compete in this Jeopardy style competition. My kids studied a lot for it! They had to learn all 56 counties in Montana, 40 edible and poisonous weeds, spelling words, proofreading, and math problems. They also had to read The Witch of Blackbird Pond. Carter is by the red barrier. Ave is by the yellow.
Ave and Korin were awesome! For two fourth graders to make it in the top 6 from Emerson is awesome!
Brother and sister were only separated by 300 points! That's so cool. Ave took 4th overall, and Carter was 3rd. I was a very proud Mom that day.
Awww...Teague and Willie are buddies. Willie is the cuddliest dog in the whole world. He loves everybody!
These 3 ended up on a 3 on 3 team together. It was nice to have all the Emerson kids together.
Pasty time! Jordan helped make some lovely, delicious little meat and potato pockets.
Christmas Program time. These kiddos were looking good!
Teague is right in the middle, second row. Second grade had some very cute songs.
Ave, also in the second row from the bottom did a fine job singing.
Carterman was also in the second room from the bottom. He sang reluctantly. 6th grade is too cool for Christmas carols I guess.
Time to decorate some Christmas cookies with the fam. Even Papa got in on the action this year!
Colby is a sweet kid. He wanted to stay and help also.
Carter appears to be eating more than he frosted.
What a pose!
Happy kids with a happy Grandma. Those were some lovely cookies!
