One Dancing Video

This boy has got some moves (and yes, we were watching Airplane together...it's a classic). You'll see:

Another Kalispell trip for 3 kids!

Mom was in Denver when we went up to Kalispell this summer, so she decided to go up last weekend. She bravely took Carter, Avery, and Landon with her! They had to make a stop at the zip line park of course. Someone broke the rope though...made it a bit more difficult!
Last time we were there, the only one who played with rocks was Teague. This time it dissolved into some sort of rock fight. Not good.
Aunt Diane with the boys! They love the lazy river.
These spoiled kids got the waterpark and Whitefish all in one day! They had a blast at the beach. They are still talking about it!
She is such a nut!
Look at those awesome waves. That's such a nice place to visit.
What is this? She looks surpised!
Nice jazz hands Lando!
I like this picture just because Boo is off on her own in the water.
She looks like she's dancing. Hopefully she will... I have her signed up for tap/tumbling on Tuesdays at 2:30. She's changed her mind 4 times already!
They are in pretty deep here! I'm glad they had such a good time!
This is one cool dinosaur slide!
All 3 chilling in some tires. This looks like a nice park - I missed this one!
She's a monkey - I really missed them this weekend. It was unnaturally quiet around my house. I'm glad they had fun though, and a big thanks to Mom and Aunt Diane. They love to visit Kalispell!
We had a dress up night around our house one evening. Doesn't Carter look smashing?
This is one of my new favorite pictures of Teagie! Everything is covered, he looks happy, and he's so cute!
He loves to play with his puppy. He also has discovered that slippers are pretty fun to walk around in...especially with nothing else on!
These two were having some kind of contest of whose boots/hat combo was better. I called it a tie...those galoshes are pretty fierce though.
It's pirate Carter! Kyle was trying to make him wear a bow tie too - Carter wanted to use it as an eye patch.
Carter and Landon graduated from swim lessons last Wednesday. Then they got to go down the slide numerous times! They loved it. It was tough to get a good picture of them.
Graduate Carter.
Graduate Landon.
Teague really wanted to walk directly into the pool fully clothed. Instead he reached into the hot tub and splashed around. Then he got to go outside and play!
Teague loves Terri's shoes. He always tries to make her take them off so he can walk around in them. He's silly!
This was  the start of our quiet weekend. Just Teague, Poppa, and I at Great Harvest. He did get lots of rides on the bike carrier, trips to the park, and trips to the store. He knew something was off though. He gave Carter and Ave the biggest smiles when they came home!

Quiet Hiking Weekend

It's 85 degrees outside kids, what should we do? Bake cookies of course! Ave had been asking for awhile if we could make cookies, so we did. Half were dyed pink, the others were blue. Yum!
Kids are so messy...but they have so much fun getting that messy. Teague REALLY enjoyed the cookies - he's got a sweet tooth already!
Have some more sugar kids, you don't look insane at all!
Teague was crawling around in the bath and kind of slipped flat. I told him he looked like a fishy. He then spent the rest of the bath sliding back and forth saying, "fish, fish, fish, fish"!
Teague loves when Carter shares his "bed" with him. For some reason, Carter and Avery love to make beds all over the house with all their pillows and blankets.
These two are crazy cousins. They've been getting along very well lately. I'm not sure what this pose is, but I love their juice stained mouths!
Teague has discovered that Mickey Mouse is everywhere! Movies, books, coloring pages, and juice cups. He walks around saying, "Mouse" and "Duck" and showing everyone how smart he is.
The boys are very into baseball right now. Landon, Carter, and I stayed out pretty late the other night pitching and hitting.
We had a very quiet Saturday. On Sunday we went for a hike. Teague got to come for the first time. He loved it!
He wanted a walking stick like everyone else had. Watch out Poppa!
Carter insisted on wearing gloves, just in case he had to use his hands on a really steep part. He also borrowed Ave's binoculars so he could be on the lookout for bald eagles. He is usually my lazy boy, but he went up that whole mountain by himself!
Ave sang made up hiking songs and only needed one little piggyback ride. She was in a great mood, and of course, insisted on wearing a skirt!
We see you Poppa!
Break time! Erica packed some fruit snacks to energy boost the kids. It worked!
She is goofy. She liked to stop on random stumps and salute people. She kept saying "Aye, Aye" as they walked by. I'm never sure where she gets this stuff!
We made it to the Continental Divide Trail Vista. It is an awesome view.
Teague is a little bully. Everytime Carter sat by him, he tried to push him off the rock. We're trying to teach him the meaning of "Nice".
Me and my girl - she is awesome!
Big Kyle (who got too warm obviously) and Little Kyle decided to throw boulders at some dead trees. Boys will be boys.
These two are best pals.
Group picture (minus Erica the photographer)!
I thought this walking stick Uncle Kyle picked out was a little large. Carter tried to climb it!
Dad was walking above us for a minute. I asked him to do his best BigFoot walk. It looked more like a robot. Little Kyle did a great one though. We had lots of fun!

A wonderful August

My little Teaguers looks so serious here. He always wants to be outside. He grabs people's hands and says "Meer" - which means "Come here" in Teague-speak.
Carterman is loving the water lately. He is in swim lessons now, and he's loving it!
Avery is the goofiest girl ever. I'm hoping that she's done with her fit throwing stage. She was absolutely hilarious this weekend. Here she is getting prepared for snow...in August!
Mom was out of town for the Relay for Life this year. She gave her coworker some money to put in for the raffles...and she won! She got a Cars package (a desk, the two movies, stickers, a Memory Game, and more), which is awesome. Carter loves this desk!
Everytime Teague gets in his police car, there is always a little rain in the back part. He added some mud and grass and proceeded to wipe it all over his face! I love this look though!
That must be why his skin is so smooth!
We went over and played at Emerson the other night. Carter and Landon are starting to get excited to go there. Teague played for awhile, then he tried to steal Ave's bike and go home.
I always try to attempt a picture of all 3 - this one isn't too bad (Carter looks cute even with his eyes closed)! Mom and Dad's yard looks amazing though!
Ave set us up camping in the kitchen the other day. She had food, sleeping bags, stuffed animals, and bedtime stories for us. She said we were sisters. I was Kaylee and she was Haylee (but her nickname is Hylie). Kyle was our brother Stinky Butt. Wow! She is the most imaginative kid I've ever been around.
My friend Michelle was in town from Vegas. I always love to see her (and her sister-in-law Amy). We had lots of fun Saturday night - thanks Terri and Abb for babysitting.
Kyle actually got to go out! Amy's husband Bob and Ritter's husband Mike were there too. We had a good time!
On Sunday we worked on baseball with the boys. Kyle was playing catch with them. They didn't do too badly. We didn't sign them up for tee-ball this year. I wanted one more summer of nothing.
Nice T-throw Landon! When he "zooms" it - watch out! They both are pretty good at throwing.
I told her that her eyes looked really cool on Sunday - so she made me take a picture of this face! I can't help but laugh when I look at it.
I also laugh at this picture. Carter made up a throw called a "Tanker-ram". They would transform into tanks, turn backwards, and throw the ball under their legs back to Kyle. It took awhile, but it was pretty funny!
Later on, they drug out these sleds and used them as shields. Kyle was squirting them with a watergun. We all thought they looked like the Spartans from 300 when they were crouched down behind them. This is Avery saying, "Dad. Stop! Mom is taking a picture."!
We went over to Father Sheehan to bat for a little bit. Carter was doing pretty well until Teague took the bat and ball and started golfing with them!

July - August 2019

My friend Michelle was in town from Las Vegas. Her brother and sister-in-law always have a fun barbecue for everyone here in town. Dana, Jas...
