A Fun BBQ!

Yay - My camera works again! It was killing me not to have it.I only had it fully charged and working again by Saturday night so we have a limited selection. Sunday was a great day though. We had a volleyball picnic out at Roosevelt Drive (which I forgot my camera for), and then headed over to Feely to have a barbeque with the Edmundsons. So much fun! Here's a Saturday night goofy girl picture.
We put out this Justice League blanket for Ave to have one of her dance parties. Teague REALLY liked it - maybe because it's so bright. He went scooting right over there. He's getting very mobile.
Now for the barbeque pictures. First of all thanks so much to the Edmundsons; we had a blast! Nikki and Tucker have a pig that Cutler (their 3 year old) named Buzz...it turns out Buzz is a girl. Buzz is super friendly though. She was close by all the kids the whole evening.
Even Ave, who I thought might keep her distance, pet Buzz. I did too. She was awfully cute. Her little curly tail wagging was hilarious!
Cormac is 11 months old and so cute! He's got curly blonde hair and big blue eyes. He was killing me with this crawl. He doesn't really like the feel of the grass, so he doesn't bend his legs!
They have the best house out there. So much room! Here's the big kids checking out Cutler's sandbox. I dug them a nice tunnel for the cars to race through.
This isn't the best picture, but it does show what a beautiful day it was. All the kids had so much fun too. I was worried because there were no naps, but they were great!
I'm so mad this turned out blurry! You can still see how cute little Cormac is though.
This tee was awesome! All the kids had fun playing with it. Avery hit a couple of line drives right at me; I was impressed!
What a cheeseball! I say that about my girl all the time, but I mean it in the nicest way. Look at that cute face!
Cutler started running to me from across the yard. It was so funny! Then all the kids started in. I got up to check on my sleeping Teague, and Kyle got to have a turn! What good kids we all have.
Cutler is a little cowboy all the way. Carter, Avery, and Landon had a great time raiding his room for stuff. Avery looked lovely in his cowboy hat!
This look is even better though! She turned it into a bonnet later!
Cutler and Carter got along fantastically. I think they were getting ready to go chase poor Buzz!
Teague is awake! He was such a good boy out there. He really liked the feel of the grass at their house. He sat up and tried to pull it out with his hands!
This picture makes me laugh. I know I cut off half of poor Teague, but Cormac's face is the highlight. He wanted to get Teague so bad. He would crawl all the way around Nikki, and then she'd pull him back. He never gave up though!
And last but not least, my Boo Bear on her bike. She is crazy on this thing! She's fast and she turns like a maniac. I could take the yellow part off, but it helps on hills (and she loves yellow). I'll have to get a video up of all the kids riding. Until then, we're back to normal. More pictures next week!

No Camera!

I just wanted everyone to know my camera battery, after 6 long years, is dead. I've ordered another one - should be here today. There will be pictures next week!

Relay and Sunburst

Ave the goof wanted to show that she could fit in Teague's 3-6 month shorts. I guess they leave a bit of diaper room!
Teague is starting to really enjoy his baths. He used to only like showers, but now he likes to kick and kick and kick in the tub!
He loves to chew on those little foam numbers and letters. He's drools constantly, but I can't feel any teeth coming!
Teaguers and his best buddy Jocko are always hanging out together. He's always making that silly half smile face too - so cute.
He starting to really like that blue blanket that used to be Carter's. He likes to chew on it (of course) and cover himself up with it. Peek-a-boo face!
Teague and Jordan hanging out at the Relay for Life. They were watching the line dancers - I think that's why Teague is in a daze! Abb and Jord were life savers that night! Jordan helped watch all four kids, sometimes all by herself, and Abb helped set up a ton of luminaries. You guys are the best.
The kids were crazy there. We were at the mall for a good 5 hours, but they were really good. Their favorite part of the night was getting 15 glow bracelets each. I think Lando was making a necklace out of his and was too busy for a picture!
Teague took a couple short naps there, both on Grandma. He was a tired guy when we got home. It was a good event though - I'm glad we are part of it.
We finally made it up to Sunburst with Mr. Teague. I feel terrible about it - this summer has just been crazy. When we got there on Saturday, we took a quick trip over to Cut Bank for pizza. The kids thought this penguin was awesome - coldest spot in the nation!
They did a lot of playing on Sunday before our delicious dinner. Ave did a good job on this bike. I accidentally cut off Kyle helping Carter on the razer scooter.
While Teague was taking a nap (Grandma Diana and Grandma Bonnie watched him), Nate, Kyle, the kids, and I took a trip to the playground. They have an awesome playground! Teeter-totters are the best. I haven't seen any forever.
They had swings, tire swings, diggers for the sandbox, a zip line thing. It's really a nice playground. I wish we had some of that stuff over in Butte.
Avery was an absolute climbing fool on the playground structure thing. She climbed up and down these things at least 20 times! Nate was impressed by my little monkey's coordination. Carter sat in the shade and whined that he was tired.
Time for peanut butter sandwiches, goldfish, and milk with SuperDad. He's kind of a nerd...but that's a good thing with kids!
Look at these faces! Wow!
When Avery is a super hero, she says "Justice League". I love it - she's not going to be limited to just one person! Carter was Iron Man...complete with goggles!
This boy showed Grandma and Grandpa how strong he is. He really looks ready to take off!
He's such a cutie! He was very good up there. Very tired though too - those trips wear a babyman out.
Time for the farm. Carter was in heaven! He got to pet the horse (so did Ave) and check out all the tractors, combines, etc... Nate was showing him the inside of the red one (which has 10 wheels - Carter and Mary Jo walked around and counted them!).
Then Carter got to go on a long tractor ride with Phil. He thinks Phil and Nate are the absolute coolest! And...look at that beautiful sky! I was inside gorging on Bonnie's delicious breakfast - those caramel rolls are the best things ever!
All done. We are hoping to get up there for harvest. Carter would love going cutting in the combine! Thanks everyone for a fabulous weekend!

August already!

I love this weather, and my kids do too! My husband isn't a fan, but he does have to wear a navy blue uniform everyday. Ave can cool off in one of her lovely swimsuits. Look at that face!
This is not the best picture, but it is a nice action photo. Carter loves to jump over the sprinkler...in his underwear. Apparently we couldn't find his trunks that day!
My little Teague loves to be outside. He smiles at whatever Carter, Avery, and Landon are up to that day. He's just a happy baby!
This is such a cute picture of Jordan, my kids however...look a little out of it. Makes me laugh!
It was Poppa's 55th birthday on the 27th. We ordered him a new IPod, but it wasn't here yet. So he got some balloons from the kids to tide him over!
We had some delicious steaks and some pie for dessert. These three little monkeys sang very nicely for him.
Carter decided his Spiderman kick board is a surfboard. They all took turns standing on it saying "Surfin on the sea" over and over again! Ave was the only little popsicle face that would look at me.
We've been playing Super Mario 3 on the original Nintendo (thanks Abb, Jord, and Terri for letting us borrow it). It's the best! Uncle Kyle was showing Carter how to play - that's Carter's sideways cheese face.
My boy is so cute! He loves tummy time too. He's quite the little mover already!
We had some 90 degree weather on Saturday. It was perfect for a trip to the Splash Pad at Clark's Park. Ave ran under the bucket with me a couple times - she got pretty soaked. At first she was content to lounge on Landon's towel. Erica was taking a picture of this too I guess - I can see her foot!
Teague relaxed in the shade with Daddy at first. Later he enjoyed some squash - what a laidback little guy.
Carter and Landon loved these blue things that squirt water. They were aiming at eachother while they waited for them to come on.
Carter tried his best to get me! He had lots of fun, especially running under the bucket with Kyle.
On Sunday we went up to the park at the hospital. It's really nice there, and the kids love to run down the hill. Teague had his first time on the swings. I stuck his blanket behind him, and he seemed to like it!
I love his little chunky arms hanging over the edge! Terri was working and spotted us from the 5th floor. When she came down, Teague was actually hanging on to the sides like a big boy!
I tried to get one of Teague staring at Ave, but it didn't really work. Ave looked beautiful! She insisted on wearing this new Minnie outfit Grandma Patsy got her (even though it was so hot).

July - August 2019

My friend Michelle was in town from Las Vegas. Her brother and sister-in-law always have a fun barbecue for everyone here in town. Dana, Jas...
