Super busy week

Kyle heard on the radio that they were coming to pick him up so he went outside. It took awhile, and he looked so sad I had to take a picture.
I told them that I had no pictures from this week, so we stopped on the way home from picking up Carter from Emerson and got this gem! Looks pretty artsy with Ave on the railing and Carter in the background! It was so beautiful here last week! Now it sounds like a hurricane outside...boo.
We got one more at home in front of our little ghosty covered fence. Teague's face kills me!
Bath time with the Octonauts! Teague is totally obsessed with that show now. Watch it on Disney Jr sometime, it's actually pretty cute and teaches you about various sea creatures!
Teague really wanted to sleep with Carter the other night. He thought he was pretty cool up there with his big brother in a big boy bed. He didn't stay up there of course. He's much too squirmy for that!
We had 3 home games this week. Senior night was yesterday, and it was very sad. We have a great group of seniors this year. Ave came with me early for all the games. She loves being there. She helped me sell pink T-shirts to support breast cancer awareness too. She's quite the folder.
Carl and Jenny were here for a few days. Carl spoke to some students at Butte High and had some meetings at Tech also. We were so busy with volleyball we didn't have a chance to do game night. It's always nice to visit though. Hope your trip back went smoothly!
My girl after Senior night. We were playing some "Royal Salon" on the IPad. It's a fun little ap. She has the prettiest little smile!
We went to Brooklyn's 3rd birthday party today! Teague really enjoyed the cake and ice cream. He ate every single bite!
They had a big, soft black cat decoration. Teague thought he should hug it a few times. He's so nice!
Avery, Reece, and Brooklyn checking out her Little Mermaid light up mirror and table. Ave loves going there and playing with all their toys. They get along very well.
Brooklyn had a Little Mermaid themed party. She loved everything!
The party wore this guy out obviously!
He woke up and cuddled with Jordo for a bit, then promptly fell back asleep. It's going to be a long night tonight!
Carter was practicing his "moves" in the purple room. I got him to stand still for 2 seconds for a picture. It's a little blurry, but you can totally see how handsome he is! We had a parent/teacher conference on Thursday with Mrs. Houchin. She said Carter is very bright and social. Her only problem with him is how "pokey" he is! Don't I know it! We're working on it though. It could be much worse - ha ha ha!

Pumpkin Patch (Thanks government!)

Teague looks so cute when he reads my books. I think Michael Connely might be a little advanced for him, but he tries!
Miss Boo got her police girl costume! It's very cute. It's girly and shiny, so she really loves it!
I love when Teague sleeps like a frog!
Liam is 2! He had a very nice party at Silver Bow and was hilarious while he threw all the clothes out of every present.
Jamie got him a giant Buzz. He was in heaven the rest of the afternoon. His Mom knows what he likes!
We took a little trip to Helena with Mom and Dad on Saturday afternoon for Costco/Target/Applebee's. Liam's birthday must have worn them all out! I love how Teague's hand is on Carter.
Mom got this lovely headband at Target. Ave had to try it out!
Pumpkin Patch time! We were afraid it wasn't going to happen this year because the Grant Kohrs Ranch is federal land, and the government was shutdown for so long. We were so happy. Carter sprinted out to the pumpkin patch as you can see!
They each picked a lovely pumpkin!
Boo picked one with a good stem which was nice since we carried it around for her. You can see Teague trying to gather up some in the background.
So he could lay on them I guess...
I think I might have been sunburnt already! Not complaining - it was beautiful out! It got windy later, but what a great day.
Jocko came with us luckily - all 3 wanted to go in different directions! Kyle was working, and Papa was giving the lawn a mow.
While we were waiting for our tractor ride, Teague decided to tackle Carter. It was pretty funny, he was being silly about it.
Tractor ride time! We were happy to get on the green John Deere one, we knew Kyle would have liked that. That's Nancy next to Carter. She, Frank, Jamie, Austin, and Liam were out there too. I couldn't fit everyone in a picture, and it was about to drive away!
Hay maze time. They had a blast as usual in there! The only problem was that a lot of the older kids were climbing on top. I was not impressed. One lady told her son how awesome he was as he jumped from top to top. I disagree.
Ave and Carter were very good about helping Teague and Liam through. Teague gave his sister a big love when they made it out!
Grandma took Carter over to the games while Teague and Ave had some fresh made apple cider. Carter is quite the roper!
Pumpkin painting time. They made some lovely art!
Carter was enjoying himself as you can see!
Carter came over and put a T on Teague's pumpkin for him. Jordan was great about helping Teague not fall off the bench or completely paint himself.
Happy boy!
This picture is so cute!
I love Teague's smile in this one!
This is just so them though...Ave hamming it up, Carter looking happily somewhere else, and Teague's silly face! Good times!

A Super Big Post!

My Teagie William just crashes when he's tired. It really only takes him about 10 seconds to fall asleep! He is going to be Superman for Halloween, and this old costume of Landon's will work just fine. I bought him a cape, and I think we might cover that awkward red triangle with some shorts. Ave is going to be a policewoman, and Carter is going to be a SWAT team member (a slight theme is apparent here).
It was national Walk to School Day, and these two did just that. They looked quite similar in their hats!
Ave decided to wear her Christmas sleep hat as she calls it. I don't know why she wanted to wear it, but she totally pulled it off.
Look at these two goofs in one of the ball carts at Butte High. They love to come to practice with me!
He fell asleep on the stair in our living room. See what I mean about crashing?
It was orange day at daycare - Teague's favorite color! We went all out!
Mmmm...someone likes raisins!
My poor boy had the biggest bonk, but he's so tough. He fell while running in the kitchen and hit a kitchen chair pretty hard. He had a Klingon vertical ridge on his head and a little cut on his nose.
My friend Dana was in town this weekend. We actually went out and had a beer together. I always love to see her.
Her daughter Jada turns 7 on the 17th, so we had an impromptu birthday party for her at the Red Zone today. Teague really enjoyed this little train.
This picture kills me. Ave and Madelyn really get along. Maddy's black Halloween cupcake made for quite an awesome mustache!
All the girls in their vampire teeth - they thought they looked pretty cool. Ritter was there too obviously. Her new baby girl is due Nov. 10th, and she's ready!
There are some nice smiles from Ave, Madisyn, Jada, and Madelyn.
All the kiddos together!
And the boy picture: Carter, Teagie, Kolt, and Mason.
Then we decided to go for a hike. It was such a nice fall day here, and the trees look awesome. Teague started out with a little help from Papa.
I look like a conehead, but it's all good. Teague was mad because he wanted to look through the binoculars for the picture.
The Maude S. Canyon is on the East Ridge, and it was so cool there today. There was a nice little yellow leaf tunnel to go under here.
Fall foliage - I love it.
Here's some more. It was raining at the very top, at least it looked that way.
This is a super cute picture. You can see how long Ave's hair is getting, and I hope Carter smiles like that for picture day on Tuesday!
Teague looks quite mischievious here. He was so silly the whole time. He was pretend falling just to make people laugh. I'm glad the other two leaned in so nicely!
That is kind of awesome!
Ave hid under a tree while a little rain came down.
Lastly - 3 kids on a rock. Teague was being held up by Papa (photobombing in the background)! Hope everyone is having a good fall!

July - August 2019

My friend Michelle was in town from Las Vegas. Her brother and sister-in-law always have a fun barbecue for everyone here in town. Dana, Jas...
