Sorry again

Sorry everyone. I have been a busy girl lately (and kind of lazy). I will start making the updates weekly again!

Erica devised a fun game for the boys to play outside. It was called "pick up pinecones and throw them in the pool". Quite entertaining and vigorous! Carter and Landon ran all over the yard.

Landon really concentrated on his throws. He would stare into the water for awhile, and then throw them both at the same time. He's silly.
Carter thought this was a delightful game. Erica and I were freezing, but the boys don't care what the weather is like. They just enjoy being outside.
Carter will not wear this hat from Kelsie. I thought it would look lovely with his pants, so I had Erica put it on just long enough so I could snap a picture. He has no idea how cool he looks!
Kyle calls this the "Atlas" picture. He was helping Landon hold the ball up - I love the belly hanging out!
The exercise ball has become a big hit again lately. Carter just rolls it all over the house. Landon likes to bounce on it.
They have decided bouncing in the crib is fun! Usually Landon jumps like a wild man, and Carter just hangs on for dear life.
Both boys really like when there are bubbles in the sink. Carter likes to bring them out and show them to everyone. He is fascinated as you can see.
They are big on bouncing on people now. The will sit on Erica's lap or climb on anyone's legs while they are sitting on the couch. Carter likes to try and squash his sister.
More bubbles! They like to run through these ones or let them pop on their faces. It's quite amusing.
These new toys from Grandma and Grandpa Barsness are fun for everyone. Carter uses them as a bat and swings them like he's playing the Wii. I like this big smile.
We went to Sunburst over Labor Day Weekend. It was a nice visit even though the weather was chilly. Carter had a good time moving magnets from the fridge to the dishwasher to the washing machine...and so on.
He thinks he's really big. He kept trying to stretch out his little arms and touch both sides of the hallway. I like the tongue out/concentration look.
I know I'm biased, but he's awfully cute. Corn on the cob is one of Carter's favorite vegetables. He really likes sitting at the counter with all the adults in Sunburst.
We went out on the farm Sunday for Great Grandma Bonnie's birthday. There was tons of delicious food - Carter especially enjoyed the rice. He made a giant mess with that. He also had fun playing with Phil and Mary Jo and his new toys. He's giving Phil a string of cars/boats/trains/rockets so that he can hit them with his string of toys!
Now it's Mary Jo's turn! I have a pretty funny video to put up of this. Then you can see his fantastic swinging form. He might be a baseball player - who knows?
This is a very random picture. I'm not sure why we were all just hanging out on the couch together. Maybe Landon was talking to us (he calls me "Baboo", Carter is "Darder", and Mom is "Mana").
This was so funny. Grandpa was eating peanut butter (like he does sometimes) when Carter, Landon, and Jordan decided to join in. We had to get a picture because usually Landon hates peanut butter.
Mmm...delicious. I also think it's funny that Carter is using a plastic fork. I'll get more pictures up on Monday!
