Christmas Photos!

We made it! Sorry, the captions have been fairly small because I've been an uploading fool. Anyway, we made it to Sunburst despite Ave's barfing and fever. I felt terrible for her. She was so good, but definitely not herself. When we came back on the 26th, we went straight to the Doctor and...(terrible parent alert) it was the very edge of pneumonia. She's been on a nebulizer and strong antibiotics for a couple days and is improving. So that's that. Here is my Teagie man with Callie. They were all so happy to see Callie!
I am not sure how this one got up here. This is when we came back to Butte. They were equally spoiled in both cities. I can't believe how generous our families and friends are. Thank you all so much! Unfortunately my camera died one picture after this was taken. It needed a charging. I missed when Carter opened his telescope and said, "This is the coolest thing I've ever seen!".
Ave's face in this picture kills me. She's so over her Dad and big brother wrestling.
Teague really wanted to be best friends with Kaden. He walked right up to him when he arrived and said "nice to meet you"! He also really likes his hood.
Teague absolutely loved Grandma Bonnie's village. He would stand in the window and talk about Santa going around and "the fire trucks coming to save us"! This was only half the village too. It's amazing!
Kade's running form was making us laugh. He went around and around quite a few times. It was so nice to see the Cut Bank Barsness cousins.
They were not cooperating for a Christmas dress-up picture this year. Teague put his hands in his pockets and just leaned over. He's a goofball.
Santa brought Teagie a Mickey Mouse laptop - he loved it!
Boo thought her new princess pajamas were quite lovely too.
Carter loved everything. He was so funny up there. He gets so excited!
Carter slept with his buddy Colten on Christmas Eve so he came in and gave Avery and Teagie Pie kisses.
Colty is the nicest boy. He's so good with all the little kids.
He looked fabulous in this sweater!
Santa brought some new super warm animal blankets for the kiddos. Teague really liked his puppy!
I think this was right before Carter said, "I'm so spoiled right now". When he opened his presents he kept saying, "I can't believe I got exactly what I wanted!".
Teagie and Dad opened presents, Callie helped Carter, and I helped Ave. It was quite chaotic and that's my excuse for not having a ton of pictures.
After presents we had a delicious Christmas breakfast. Bonnie is one of the best cooks ever! Her cinnamon twists are favorite of everyone!
Nate and Teague were buddies. We went to Nate's house for naptime before Christmas dinner, and Teague passed out on Nate for a good three hours!
She picked this outfit to wear for Christmas dinner. I thought that was a good sign - she's usually so opinionated. She was still sick though...
Christmas dinner was so so good. My kids chowed down on prime rib and twice baked potatoes (especially Teague). He was quite the charmer. He sang many songs for Phil and Mary Jo.
I think this might have been his new thing. He kept saying "Santa says WAKE UP"! Not sure where that came from.
Last picture before the camera succumbed. We found Mom this perfume for her stocking when the Kyles, Erica, and I were out shopping. It was called "Nice Lady". Mom said it smelled like "Old Lady"! We all got a good laugh though - and we got her some stuff that was actually nice also!

Almost There!

A few more pictures to lead into Christmas time...this was Mason's birthday party. He turned 4 on December 8th. They are getting too big too fast. As you can see, they had a wonderful time at the Jumparoo!
Then Ritter took them all to McDonald's for lunch (what kid doesn't love that place?). They were very good together!
Then it was pasty making day. I believe we made about 70 of these bad boys this year. I ate them three days in a row and loved every morsel! Miss Boo was helpful this year. She made a couple small ones that were just her size!
I don't know what he was doing here, but my little man is so handsome. It looks like a breeze is blowing his hair, and those blue eyes - maybe he has a future as a cover model for romance novels (I hope not)!
He was helpful also with flour scattering!
A typical night at our house. He is quite the little character.
Sugar cookies! I think this was right before he took a bite out of 4 different cookies. He was not the most helpful. He mostly put giant gobs of frosting on a paper towel, but it was pretty cute. Thank goodness Grandma was there to help him!
Imagine...Carter ate a blue cookie! I think he dumped half the bottle of food coloring in his bowl. They were dark blue! Landon must have gone home already, but he did a great job too. Most of his cookies were...RED (you guessed correctly!).
Another typical night...Ave was apparently anticipating a monsoon quite fashionably.
Carter (bottom left) and Landon (top right, in one) did such a good job at their Christmas program. It was super cute. They both danced and sang and generally hammed it up. We have a good video, but it was hard to get a good picture.
They looked quite handsome. Carter was pretty jealous of Landon's tie. Luckily, Grandma Burgman found a blue striped one that he got for a Christmas present.
The daycare Christmas party was fun as always. Carter happily told Santa what he wanted while the other two looked shy. No crying though, and they loved to see all their friends.

Heading toward Christmas!

I love our tree! I love all the kids ornaments, my Beatles ornaments...just everything. They all liked decorating this year too, especially Teagie.
We did our best to get a Burgman family picture this year. Teague was not cooperating. This was a round 2 photo I think. Dad had already changed back into his gym pants!
Family photos wear a guy out!
Time to decorate at Grandma and Poppa's house - love that missing tooth on Landon!
They love this little Christmas house a little too much. Sometimes we have to hide it because the songs are so loud!
Decorating with Grandma in his Bumble shirt (he refused to take it off that night and wore it under his pajamas). He really liked that Spongebob ornament.
Time to sit on Dad. That happens anytime he lays down to pet the dog!
Teague and Ave love the days they stay home and can get into anything they want. This day was obviously a dress-up day. Looking good Teaguers!
Family pictures are so hard. Looks like poor Teague was tired of being told to smile! This kills me!
Another outtake. They were really good that night. I didn't even care what they were wearing - I just wanted them to smile!

Funny Funny Video!

Funniest thing I've seen in awhile! Carter and Ave decided to pack their pajamas full of stuffed animals, then Kyle laid them on their backs to see if they could get up. You can tell we enjoyed it - we're laughing throughout the whole thing!

It's working! (knocking on wood right now)

I don't know what's happening, but it's working! I should probably go check my bank account to see if they're charging me something! Anyway, that makes me happy! We'll be starting way back, a long, long time ago...Thanksgiving. I'll keep updating it this week. My poor camera just died while I was taking some more Christmas present pictures. I'll charge it when we get home. I digress. Here is Teague's lovely hair. It's really starting to fill in!
Cheese-tastic brothers! Carter's face is so cute, and Teagie's face is so silly!
We set up Teague's toddler bed. He's quite the wiggly worm at night. Kathi sent us Luke's dino bedding, and he loves it! Thanks Kathi! He fell asleep listening to the Beatles - I'm so proud. I have a Beatles coffee cup. He can name all of them. Then he says, "Ringo play the drums, Paul play the bass". We're working on lead guitar for George and rhythm guitar for John.
Sometimes there is nothing funner than jumping off the stairs into our living room. Ave's action hair is awesome.
Teague steps down, but he's pretty sure he's doing a Carl Lewis long jump. Look how happy he is!
Lando Commando is 6! I can't believe it! He had a wonderful birthday at Silver Bow with lots of friends of family.
Poor Teagie Pie got one of the eight million stomach bugs going around Butte, and it hit him hard. The poor thing could not stay hydrated and ended up overnight with IV's in the hospital. Some visits from Aunt Terri and Grandma (and red popsicles) really helped.
Ave loves to help her brother dress up as Prince Teagie while she's Princess Avery.
A nice family Thanksgiving picture (sorry about Ave's underwear). We had a lot of fun and delicious food!
Erica and her boy - so cute.
These two are very much alike, so they either get along great or...you know. Here they were getting along great!
A rare Terri and her girls picture. Very pretty! More to come this week...I hope! Kels, hope this helps fulfill part of your Christmas wish!

July - August 2019

My friend Michelle was in town from Las Vegas. Her brother and sister-in-law always have a fun barbecue for everyone here in town. Dana, Jas...
